+blessings4eva Yeah, she dated Kadeem during the last couple of yrs of A different World although I can't remember the story of how they 1st hooked up. I think while this LP was in final production stages is when she married him. He was the muse for her next album with the hit "Chante's Got A Man At Home." I think that she was pregnant right after that Lp was released which explained a nearly 3 yr gap when her next LP came out. By then I believe that they had quietly split up. I also think that she had been fooling with Kenny before her divorce was finalized. Gotta go back & find my old S2S magazine with her interview. She kinda gave a timeline of when she & Kenny met & I thought it kinda suspicious that she mentioned meeting up with Kenny at a time when she was supposed to be married to Kadeem. He's been gracious & not talked about the split but she's mentioned it a couple of times.
