Moody Blues, The - From The Bottom Of My Heart Lyrics
I can't be with you anymore
In love with you
You gotta realise, baby
There ain't nowhere
I can find love anymore
From the bottom of my heart
I really love you
Yes, I do now
It didn't take too long
To be sure
From the bottom of my heart
I really do
Things you do I admire
And I'm in love with you
Everyday our love grows
Higher and higher
I find no fault in you
I can criticize
From the bottom of my heart
I really love you
Yes, I do now
It didn't take too long to be sure
From the bottom of my heart
I really do
Now don't you ever go away
Without you
I just don't know
Where to start
I'm asking you to stay
And, baby, you know I've said it
From the bottom of my heart
It's so good
That I know
And I'm in love with you
All you gotta realise baby
As day by day
Our love will grow
I find no fault in you
I can criticize
From the bottom of my heart
I really love you
Yes, I do now
It didn't take too long
To be sure
From the bottom of my heart
I really do
Oh, I really do love you
I really do love you, babe

Moody Blues, The From The Bottom Of My Heart Comments
As a long time fan of the Core-7 Moody Blues lineup, I have to admit I always had a soft spot for their early stuff with Denny Laine.
Love this song, so many memories from the sixties.....
Is that Denny singing? Sounds like him.
+Mary Scott Yep, that's right. :)
Along with "Go Now", "Time is On My Side" and "Boulevard de la Madeleine", this is one of the classic singles from the original Moodies. Unusual that a minor key, almost totally acoustic (except for the bass) track would be a single in 1965. Thanks for the upload!
Denny could sing. Pity Paul McCartney didn't allow him more scope with Wings.
Mooie stem die danny.
I remember this album, all done in BLUE with a windmill in the background.....and I was 15 ...and NO idea about blues and blues roots, but WOW....45 years later....still LOVE this music....BTW, it was $2.99 + 4.% tax....what a joke when we look at $30.00 CDs that eat shit as far as frequency response (digital versus Analog with harmonics) Oh, well, fond memories...
Probably the finest record by the original line-up of the group -- and the greatest British invasion-era single never to chart in the US. Denny Laine's singing and playing here is stunning.
