I miss my lola. Like we we're really close, we sing and dance together. She loves bitting my ears hahaha. When she got sick I was the one taking care of her and going with her sa dialysis sessions niya. I was high school that time. But since elementary I was the one who's always with her. Mapa plane flights and silent nights. She told me stories of her and lolo. But she moved to Manila with my Aunt to cure her illnesses. She stayed there until her last breath here on earth. My dad and I traveled 14 hours to see her in the hospital. My aunt was shocked when they saw me inside the room because they told me that I was the only apo that came inside because they are not letting my cousins inside to avoid trauma. That was December 24, she even finished praying the rosary. At exactly December 25, 7 am , she died. That's why Christmas Day changed a lot for me.
I miss you sa much lola :')) :'((( I wish there's a visiting hour in heaven.

I miss my Lola! :'(

My lola just died a few months ago. I felt so sorry for not spending more time with her, shes just so jolly whenever we see each other. We lived far away from each other because i was born and raised in a different country and shes one of the reasons why i love going back home. Now, i could only see her in pictures. I was so devastated to hear the news that she didnt wake up from her sleep. Since then i waited for the time that i would also not wake from my sleep and see my lola once again. I was so suicidal because after a few months my godfather and uncle also died. Then i asked the lord what i did wrong. I served him right, i continued to ask for forgiveness. Until one day he consumed me, i could only see the color white with a black sillouet in the center, i could hear two voices from my left ear and dozens of voices on my right. I couldnt understand what the two voices were saying but i got the message that i should go on in life because there are still people that i need to take care of and make them happy. Now my lola, ninong, and tito are safe and in peace with him. Knowing that they are guiding and protecting our family for life. I love you lola, ninong and tito. See you soon.

Beautiful!! I lost my lola too this year. We brought her to the hospital on new year's day and spent a month in the ICU. My biggest heart break so far, just knowing for the first time in my life, she won't be there.
Despite all of that. I still saw God's miracle. In a lot of ways. God is good! God is great. I knew somehow He prepared me for this, somehow the pain is bearable. Even though I know that she is not in this world, I still feel the extension of her love.
