For TheRealE1337ist, you are correct. 8 track tapes were never ending stereo split into 4 tracks or 'channels' Depending on the album length, the tape was cut to say 44 minutes, and then subdivided by 4. So each channel would comprise of 11min play time. And in order to squish the album on, certain songs faded out fairly quickly, the channel would flip to 2, and the song would quickly fade back in again. For the most part 8 tracks were mastered well, especially for prog rock and electro opuses like Kraftwerk and ELP to sometimes be more pleasant pop cuts than the album length. Other times they were a PITA. :)

I love this song. And I love MWOH....most people wouldn't have the patience or the quirkiness to appreciate them.
Not only did it fade out then back in, but the end was recorded in a way that made me think my vinyl was warped.

Always put bass on when listening to MWH songs. My true song of the day and I dedicate it to my "MOTHER." When you think this song is over and it's all quiet, it comes back on with a wicked beat. "I Love It"
