Not a huge McGraw fan, but this one hiits the nail right on the head.

Riff sounds similar, thats about it. Road Back Home is about rekindling love, this Good Girls is about destroyed love, attachment, and intense betrayal.

dude, he sings the same notes too. its too similar to be a coincidence. he could have at lest tried to make a good song.

A lot of artists create similar sounding music, this is not always intentional. There is a limited amount of chords, therefore there are bound to be similarities. Listen to I Dissapear by Metallica and The Nomad by Iron Maiden, or Lit Up by Buckcherry and Shock Me by Kiss. Also when artists and record companies know that something sells, they reproduce it. I.e. almost every pop-country band around, a lot of ACDC/Airbourne-esque bands, Taylor Swift, or artists that try to act like Cash or Waylon.

So she parks in front of a train, locks the doors, and kills them both. Ok? Kind of a messed up story..... but still a good song...

it's actually saying that these girls are best friends and one has a boyfriend, then the first girl finds out that her best friend is sleeping with her boyfriend. So she says that if neither one of them can have the boy then neither one will. So she kills them both, by parking in front of a train and locking the doors. They both die. Ok?
