Been split from hubby 14 years have 3 kids and my baby at 18 is still a BAD DADDYS girl to this day I cant listen to this I GAVE HER A HUG SHE PUSHED ME AWAY I said in time you'll understand and maybe we both will someday (I WIPED AWAY HER TEARS AND SAID IT WONT BE SO BAD SHE SAID WILL U STILL BE MY MOMMY WILL HE STILL BE MY DAD) I Still BALL MY EYES OUT coz us spliting up messed with that baby at my house if she couldnt get hold of him she would say mommy I GOT A FUNNY FEELING my baby lived in FEAR of losing her DADDY and right to this day she at 18 she is with her daddy every couple days DIVORCE CAN CRIPPLE YOUR CHILDREN and we never fought over our children we left our home i was there when he worked when he was home i left and when i got my own home they came to us as they choose and it was still horrible on them!!

i remember my mom playing this song after her and my dad would have a fight because he would come home drunk. at one point she was going to take me and my sisters a way from him but she did not what us to heat her for it. I know that i would have never headed her for it. i would have understand why. i see him beet the crap out of her so many times and i sat there and cried because of it happening. I will always remember this song for the rest of my life.

this is such a sad song for me. i don't remember much after my parents divorce...i'm missing memories from that year. unfortunately instead of staying with one parent and the other on weekends, my mum left the country to go back to scotland and was gone for 6 years..i only got to see her when we went for holidays...which was twice in the 6 years, this was when i was 9, im now almost 17. my step mum filled my mums shoes and now my mum is back, and she won't talk about it. when i deserve answers!!
