@Jessica Robinson yeah. He talks about his faith a lot. I even listened to him speak about his faith at a concert. And a lot of his songs talk about God. Even in MMF. Most people don't realize it, but as a Christian woman it's usually one of the first things I notice.

Matty is inspirational :) I don't know much about him, I only know about him from the song he did with SWS, but I decided too listen too his own original music and I have to say his album is beautiful! I don't believe in God, but I believe it takes a very strong and amazing person too open up about their religion, so others who are afraid too talk about their religion may be braver.

I have to say I like where he's going and Im excited to see where he might take MMF

this is the most beautiful thing i've ever heard..i'm literally shaking and breaking down. this is what i've been waiting for. an album thats both beautiful and shows that god is real even in the darkest of dark.

Honestly, you don't need to hate on Memphis May Fire. I personally like the way they sound now, BUT I liked how they were back then. I agree that they changed, but they wanted to change. They make money doing what they want, what more is there to ask? And besides, I'm an atheist so to me, these songs aren't about God. The thing about their music is that you can relate to it no matter what religion you are, you can think of it in different ways, music isn't made to be just one thing, it is what you make of it. Stop the hate and enjoy it. Please.

Okaii, I get the fact that the lyrics say "I wanna hear you loud and clear" but in some places it sounds like he is saying "I wanna hear you moaning clear" lol. but I do enjoy this.

To be honest, I really do like the slow songs on their Memphis May Fire albums but I just hope that Matty doesnt stay like this most of the time. I love when he screams, and his clean vocals are amazing. Just need to hear his next MMF album.

This wil most likely be the only album he makes with songs like these for a while, this was mainly just to experiment on his own and just in case people didn't like it he made it a solo album so these songs wouldn't be associated with the band which was a smart move on his part
