I haven’t heard so much terrible advice being given to someone over medicine in my life. Also how MM’s mom uses that patronizing tone shows she isn’t a professional or qualified to be talking to anyone about medication interactions and compliance. I couldn’t imagine taking advice from anyone who used that tone and that manner of speaking with me. Domineering, patronizing. Demanding she take more pills when she’s already slurring terribly. Why would someone tell someone to take more pills if they obviously sound inebriated or possibly suffering from a neurological issue without consulting a doctor immediately? Can you imagine your kids telling you what pills to take instead of calling a doctor to sort it out? Yeesh.

Ok, so according to wikipedia, this is a a recorded telephone conversation between manson's mother and grandmother, for some odd reason early bootlegs of "smells like children" contained a fan made track that had an extract from raggedy ann going through the right channel, which may be be part of the reason why the audio only plays through the left channel
