Remember, the creator is unconfirmed. If it WASN'T Manson and Trent, it's someone who has musical talent and can put themselves in the same headspace as Manson and Trent, down to the kind of movie clips they'd sample, but who has never come forward about it even though getting credit for a cover like this would be good, and who possibly has never done anything else. So either a musical genius but otherwise dumbass made this fake for no real good reason, or it's legit. There's a period of time during the production of Portrait that Manson and Trent spent working side by side in the Sharon Tate house. Making this on a goof would be totally within reason.
