When I was younger, maybe about 7 this cd came out. Me and my mom would watch music videos all night when I got home from school if I had nothing to do, my mom was very adamant about not censoring what we listened to and this was one of the first cds I got. This cd store we used to go in once every few days knew how much I loved this cd and gave me all the promotional items they got sent when this album came out. Wish I still had it all 2 shirts a bunch of posters, singles and ads... still miss cd den in north Arlington NJ

I remember being a little kid a sneeking into my brothers room to play his cds and this was always my favorit to listen to.

saw them live in 2018 and it was A++....they played this song and it was RAD!

When i was very young, must have been around 8 to 10 years old maybe younger, I was friends with a girl we would play everyday in the parks and woods and each others back gardens. I remember thinking that girl was beautiful and loving her in my own young person's innocent kinda way. All these years later I can still picture her face in my mind , but I can't remember that girls name, I have asked people who I have known my whole life but no one knows. Sometimes I wonder if I imagined her. Not sure what this songs about apart from a girl named Sherry Fraser. It reminds me of her and those innocent good times. Maybe we all have our own Sherry Fraser.

They played in a club my band played in the very next weekend and i was pissed 'cause i couldn't get any one to go see their show with me.  It was just a little dive of a place -- it use to be a strip club i think.  Anyway i'm still kickin' myself to this day for not just going there to that show on my own when i had the chance...  :-/

Marcy Playground is one of my favorite bands, I remember my older brother playing their music whenever I was in Elementary school. Now that I am older, I am so in love. Every album they have made is amazing. Truly awesome artists. What I would have given to have been a teenager, or a young adult in the 90's, if for nothing else but the amazing music.

It seems Sex and Candy was the best and worst thing to happen to Marcy.  It led a lot of people to gravitate towards them, unfortunately I think many didn't quite understand the rest of the Album and then just blew them off.

I don't know where the rest of the band is but i know that the lead singer ( john Wozniak) lives in charleston, SC and his son ( I go to SOA in charleston and his son is a band major at SOA (( school of the arts)) ) goes to my school. I am going to get to meet him because my friend is a good friends with his son. So that is where the lead singer is anyone know where the rest of the band is?
