Omg it's been six years....

I've listened to this song so many times over the years in so many different emotional moods it's making me dizzy listening to it now again. I must have genuinely listened to it 5000 times back in 2012 and 2013 alone. The message is still so strong and so clear though: put everything you got into your passions and make sure your friends are one of those passions. While the song has a sad ending (assuming the story ends there), it's a warning that if we lose our way for too long we may lose a part of ourselves or others in our lives. Thanks, Tombstone.

This song is a PERFECT sequel to the song "i am Octavia", assuming they never got back together and Vinyl slowly losing her mind to her music, but that would be the "bad" ending to the whole canon. It just makes perfect sense!!!
