I bought Hands at a bookstore but couldn't quite absorb it over the years. It was like a cd that had a lot of interesting beginnings and good ideas but the songs would dropoff midway thru and I'd lose interest. It had potential I thought but couldn't carry my interest for a full song. Then, little boots released Nocturnes and it was like "wow she has become full fledged matured and this is beautiful." I was amazed at how every song was strong and had her heart in it. Then, she released working girl and the concept of the album was cool but the music slightly dropped off in my opinion. However I went back and listened to "stuck on repeat" again and I was like, "whoa, that song is solid straight thru and has a lot of heart in it and is now one of my favorite songs. : )
