🎶♥️🎶 You remind me so much of me . My daddy left this earth when I was 8 . I was his princess. A real Mob Princess. My uncle worked for Sun Studio and he and Sam Phillips were best friends whenever your daddy came to Sun . He worked for him and done all the back up singing and instrumental parts and wrote out all the spread sheets for all the artists that came through there until Sun became a museum and he went to Atmos Studio until he passed in 2011 . That’s how he retired from music. I think of you often when I go back to Memphis & Sun Studio. So much I didn’t know about my daddy because of the business he was in but I did know how much he loved me and and spoiled me I guess you could say . I was the only child too . I feel like I lost myself loosing my father so young and he had hung the moon just for me . I have all those fun memories like you of doing all the fun stuff that most kids didn’t get to do , back then . When I think of Memphis I think of my daddy as well . He always went to Memphis for some reason besides seeing family , because we lived in Nashville before moving back to where we came from in Texas . Like I said , a lot of business I didn’t know about and still don’t. I was always protected from all that . I’m 55 years old now and just now feeling like it’s safe enough to tell some of the things I do know but not it all because I was sheltered, hidden away . We will always be our daddy’s little girls Lisa Marie . No one can ever take that from us . Every time I hear your song , “ That Little SOB From Memphis “ I relate more than you know . It’s like I’m singing with you because I get it .

Kathy Mesker Of course! She has inherited in my opinion more of her fathers traits rather than her mothers .....she has been public w/her addictions & has said in an interview that she was basically using drugs since she was 5! She had some pretty big shoes to
fill which is also one reason in my opinion, why she waited so late in her life to write & record music. I hope she can learn to love herself and love herself alone w/out a man in her life and try being single for a year or two..this way maybe she will attract a man whom she actually likes and not because she’s looking to be saved.
