Lindsey Buckingham - Down On Rodeo Lyrics

Lindsey is just amazing and such an underrated and under appreciated artist! This is one of my faves from his solo career but he has written so many good songs, both on his own and with the Mac. I am just heartbroken over how things transpired with the band.

Just love this! I have such admiration for Lindsey's brilliance. In my opinion one the greatest songwriters of our generation.

The title implies that LB doesn't like the rodeo. (as opposed to being about being on Rodeo Drive, which it is)

Mark Frumento This song is actually about his breakup with Anne Heche who was a struggling actress who essentially used him. She left him for Ellen Degeneres which inspired Come off of Say You Will.

Yes, understood. I was referring to the error in the title of the song. The poster calls it "Down on THE Rodeo". I just thought it was funny. :)

i love this song so much Lindsey is awesome solo and with Fleetwood Mac. This is one musician who doesn't get enough credit for how good he is. Travis style finger picking is so so hard.
