I am wishing him more mojo as he has to take on the heavy mantle of the responsibility that REAL musicians have-- folks who are still playing instruments, training, listening to different genres, never letting go of the creation process instead of sampling....resampling... autotuning. My heart is heavy with what's going on in popular music. It's truly a nadir. With the loss of Prince, Bowie, Cole-- the list goes on and on, we have to get more people involved in music education and producing and playing music. He is one who we can hang our hopes on.
