The lyrics just jumped out at me last night. This song reminds me of me...unfocused, procrastinator, the inability to follow through amongst other things. Though I believe she's talking about her struggle within the music industry and creating her own path when she "should've" done something to be more mainstream. This song could mean so many things.

I have had this album for awhile, but I only really discovered this song recently...this song tells such a tragic story...reminds me of my mom's sad life...but is now one of my favorite Amel songs. she is such a genius, so underappreciated....
