I wish they made more music like "Our Truth", "Cold Heritage", and "Trip the Darkness". All of their new music "and a fair bit of their old music) sounds like the same shit everyone else is making. They might as well call each song "Generic Metal Song #1", "Generic Metal Song #2", ect. They aren't bad compared to the norm, but it's pretty much like listening to every other song that sounds nearly the same. Gets repetitive.

Did you listen to the album because if you did you wouldn't be saying this sweetheart? I heard the album numerous times theirs screaming on some songs not of all of them. And besides the lyrical content is a little more darker but still rooted in that same Lacuna Coil we all know.

I know Lacuna Coil from their 1st EP....and i must say, COMALIES is by far their best Album...from 2002...and still, is....but Andreas Vocals are much better now, almost like Growls from melodic death metal groups. =) And i like also In A Reverie, and HalfLife EP much. After Comalies, Lacuna wasn't sounding the same...and Karmacode sounds to Nu-Metal alike...

Who is doing the harsh vocals? Thought that guy in the band usually sang clean??

They're going much heavier this album.

Andrea has done harsh vocals since the first Lacuna Coil album. The screaming is just more prominent now.

Lacuna coil music was always my favorite. One of my favorite bands and the music keeps getting better. Always takes me to another time, another place ethreal. Cristinas vocals only matched by her beauty.

I like it, but only 'like'. Call me insane but I do prefer them without screamo style vocals. Like DA and BCH are probably my favourites as they (DA) got me into Lacuna Coil. Will buy the album though.

+Combine Overwatch Prior to Lacuna Coil he recorded only three songs, and only two are available online. Sleep Of Right had a song called Bleeding Souls, his first band and then Ethereal (an early incarnation of Lacuna Coil with Cristina on backing vox) released a demo with two songs. Only one is to be found online: Shallow End.

Both are good, but Lacuna Coil never used this amount of harsh vocals before.

les 3 nouveaux titres sont juste excellents et laissent supposer le meilleur album de Lacuna ! les changements de rythme et les duos de voix sont tout simplement géniaux. vivement la sortie de l'album et j'espère une tournée en France ce qu'ils n'ont pas fait, hors festival, pour Broken Crown Halo \m/
