I first heard this in 1999 on WBCN in Boston, the station would release compilation albums featuring bands performing in their studio, this song was featured on one of their compilations.... I don't ever recall the "baby pop" shout-out at 2:27 .

I first heard this song one of Puma's commercials that featured all it's professional athletic stars! Chilavert, Didier Dechamps, Vince Carter, Oscar De La Hoya etc.

Back in 1999 when I first heard this song by Korn, this was the version the radio station played in the Chicago area. I bought the single and it contained the original version which I didn't like as much as this version. After 15 years this still holds true, the remix is much better.

I was pretty annoyed when I bought Follow the Leader just for this song and it wasn't the version I heard on the radio. On the bright side, Got the Life turned out to be great.

I remember getting the Freak on a Leash CD single with all 4 or 5 different versions of the song. I really like them all I guess.
