Anyone else get reminded of two different show toddlers? The couch made me think of the show The Big Red Couch. The different colored shirts they wore on that big grassy field reminded me of the Teletubbies while they were fighting that bear. First time I've ever heard this song of their's. It's kind of a fun song and I'm sure if I had heard it as a kid I would have loved it. It's not all that bad it's kinda good and the video got a couple of laughs out of me.

Man, for a band that doesn't have to take a back seat to any other band as far as music is concerned, they sure make the most childish videos I've ever seen for guys so talented !! Terribly childish, is all I can say for them. Hell, they remind me of the Monkees, that's how bad they are !! I guess it's no wonder they only lasted a little while, as good videos get even mediocre bands played more. I know I like to watch good videos with good bands a lot more than good musicians and crappy videos, you expect more from a hot band, I guess !! They are one of the best bands of their time, but their videos are so childish that I only listen to them without looking at the video !! Let me know how others feel about this, please !!!

@Geoff Charters I saw you post a similar comment on another KH video. It seems you have a real problem with said videos. I, for one like the humor the put into these videos. These guys are well grounded enough to poke fun at themselves. Today's "artists" could take a lesson from these guys. If you want to know, the real reason these guys aren't in the limelight today is that their style isn't in vogue with what the Nashville suits deem acceptable. They don't fit into the mold that produces the Taylor Swift's and Lady Antbellum's of the world and that's a shame as their music is far superior.

Nope,they were definitely not one hit wonders,although they had maybe a handful of hits between their first 2 albums and the Phelps brothers briefly ventured out on their own as a duo shortly thereafter.

Here is a great trivia question. When Crockett was born what was the name of the state he was born in? Answer is the short lived state of Franklin.

You can find official record of his election to the United States House of Representatives. I also own a set of the Encyclopedia Brittanica published in 1888 which has an entry for Davy Crockett and gives the same information many others have posted.

Most of the confusion surrounding both of these very real Americans is due to content being cut from history classes so that schools can try to "make" AYP sacrificing knowledge for process and test taking skills and that Walt Disney used the same actor Fezz Parker to play both Davy Crockett and Daniel Boone in the 1950s.

According to Wikipedia, he served as a house representative of the state of Tennessee from 1826-1830 and again in 1832.

Your ignorance of one of the important historical figures of TN and Texas independence proves it.

@BuzCzar Yes, Davey Crockett is fictional. His stories (written by Disney) were based on the life of Daniel Boone (who also had fictional stories written about him). Try researching history in a library instead of on the internet. I would suggest taking some history classes but in this country you might as well get your info from google or wikapedia. Those of us with masters degrees in American History are all trying really hard not to laugh at you right now.
