I wonder if the Clark Sisters ever regret how they rejected their sister Denise and even to this day, have not reached out and embraced and apologized and returned her to the group. She struggled financially trying to make it to their mother's funeral, ended up driving and they proceeded with the funeral the day before Denise arrived. Nobody offered an airline ticket ?
Although she is depicted in the biopic, the producers tried to contact to her and she didn't respond. Why didn't her sisters reach out to her before now? I hear Jackie is the main one maintaining the rejection. Twinkie has kept in contact with Denise. This biopic movie couda been an ideal way of them embracing and reuniting with Denise and returning her to the group.
