If I could I would dedicate this song to my mother who is battling cancer and trying to stay strong not a day goes by that I don't tell her how much I love her and I know when god decides it's my mother's time to go it will hurt me like heck but I also know that I can't stop the cancer in her body and all the pain she is in

I love this song. It is touched by an angel.

Even when I first heard this song as a child I thought it was a love song even while I was listening to the touched by an angel album. I can see how it can be taken as a christian song but I don't see it as that at all still. I take it more as love is treasure so even when you lose someone or break up with someone or a death song saying you had the greatest treasure of all time and that is love. Money can only bring you a certain amount of happiness but after awhile it's empty. Money can't really get you anything but material gains (not counting food).

Love especially true love agape the highest form of love. I know there is more of the definition but honestly the part I posted to me says it all. Just love in it's highest form is true love the kind people should get from their families, friends and lover(s). When you mean everything to someone. That is something amazing and you should hold onto it. Not throw it away by hating them because suddenly they don't fit your view of the human race from homosexuality to even begin a different religion. If they are someone you truly care for how can you suddenly stop loving them? I never understood that. All it says to me is you never did truly love them. True love sees past all your differences and does not know hate only love for that person even if you might not agree or like what they have chosen or done. True love only knows love on it's highest level where you do anything for that person. I have people like that in my life and one of the reason why I love them. Though honestly I really don't care if they are different from me. It's what makes the world go round and it takes all different kind of people for it go round.

I had this song played at my mothers funeral. It is eight years today since her passing and the grief I feel is no less then the day I learned of her passing! Not a day goes by that I do not think of her! she will always be loved & missed so much!

I thought of my daughter, Amanda, who died just before her 6th birthday while watching this. I would like to have this played at my funeral too, I am not well and I don't think there is that much time left but I can say that I know I was loved. What greater accomplishment can there be? Thank you for creating this video.

I can relate to your loss cos I loss my mom this year and I also loss my only brother 4 years before that and my dad 4 years before that.That said this song hits home.And Ive been to a ton of Wynonna,s shows and not only is she the best female singer along with Brenda Lee, but she also is just so gorgeous.Her and Brenda are my top 2 female singer sweethearts.There tied in my book.But again, I can relate to your loss.

In 1999 my younger sister passed away to cancer. This song was used at her celebration of life service. I love this song, but more importantly, I love the memory this song generates in my heart. Wynonna did a fantastic job in singing it! What a voice.

I have been asked to sing this at my great aunts funeral, by my great aunt as she is 97, as she feels very active, but if she dies to sing it as I can sing it really well. Love u RENA
