This song was originally an instrumental hit for Walter Wanderley under the title "Summer Samba", but Johhny got his spin on an instrumental song and it was retitled "So Nice". This song was featured off the 1967 Mercury LP of the same name.

'So Nice' was featured in Wanda (de) Sah's vocal for Sergio Mendes Trio's BRASIL '65 Lp for Capitol Records in 1965, reissued by Pickwick Records.

Thank you for sharing, I look forward to hearing from you. I live in Maine and back in April I drove to New Jersey to see Johnny in concert at the State in New Brunswick. He still has it! I think I cried for the first 20 minutes of the concert cause I couldn't believe I was there for the first time seeing and listening to him in person. I'm Johnny's age and my feelings for him have gotten stronger over the years. I hope I can get to see him again.
