John Denver - All This Joy Lyrics
All this sorrow, all this promise, all this pain.
Such is life, such is being, such is spirit, such is love.
City of joy, city of sorrow, city of promise, city of pain.
Such is life, such is being, such is spirit, such is love.
World of joy, world of sorrow, world of promise, world of pain.
All this sorrow, all this promise, all this pain.
But such is life, such is being, such is spirit, such is love. Such is spirit, such is love.

Wow! Awesome pic of John Denver...….awesome song
Prachtig!!
God bless him....RIP... the world misses your voice and presence
What a beautiful song.....miss you John.
I "met" John Denver on his first Television Special. Mom and Dad figured it would be safe for me to watch it as they heard he was clean and not vulgar like the other "Rock and Roll drunks." I was I think about 14. Fell instantly in love and when I was out with a fist full of my monthly allowance, I bought my first Album 'Windsong'. Then every album after that and some of the older ones I could find. (Thank you Tower Records!). Today I realized, I am now older, than John ever was. I really miss him, I miss what he might have done, but am so grateful to have what he DID do. His music, his work, and his open heart prayer to all of us, to be better than we ever thought we could be. See you around John.
