Joe Diffie - Is It Cold In Here Lyrics
There's something wrong
Lord I'm feeling it too
That runs through my heart
Like a torch cuts through steel
You haven't said a word
Is it cold in here
Or is it just you
Did I leave the door wide open
And let the chill just kill that old desire
Should I put my arms around you
Or put another log on the fire
Is it my imagination
Or did the temperature just drop
A notch or two
Or is it just you
There's no warmth at all
When I try to hold you near
You stare into space
As if I wasn't here
Did our love just die
Or is it just about to
Is it cold in here
Or is it just you
Did I leave the door wide open
And let the chill just kill that old desire
Should I put my arms around you
Or put another log on the fire
Is it my imagination
Or did the temperature just drop
A notch or two
Is it cold in here
Or is it just you
Oh is it cold in here
Or is it just you

Good stuff I say it like this (Real County)
Great country singer and great mullet hairstyle !
If you are meaning I'm cold...You are wrong. I'm thinking you aren't behind this at all. But an elaborate scheme on their part to make me react. Well...my love is here and it will remain. Only cold I feel is vomingcfrom an outside source other than myself. Lol
I am feeling it tonight
When it was fun to listen to the Radio
Perfect I got so tierd of dripg sweat well it ain't hot
Beautiful vocal.!
His best song in my opinion
Wow I like this song it kind of takes me back just a little bit can I look like a guy that goes across the street to my friend Lonnie's house like they say everybody's got a twin out there somewhere
Great song great singer. LorraineG.
Joe, I'm freezing cold here in Buffalo. Good thing you came before it was freezing cold here. I'm sorry I didn't get to see you in concert in June. But it's November now and we're cold here. What 's going on?
Lol, He probably cheated on her in the video like he did his 4 wives........!
What happened to joe hell one of the best
We need singers to bring it back
If you don't like Joe Diffie you dont like real country music. Joe is one of the all time greats and a legend in country music.
Performing in Fleming county, Kentucky next month!!
that steel guitar is fantastic
Skinny jeans and fairy's took over country music these days...What a shame!!!!
Why did artists like this disappear from the radio... also Mark Chestnutt, Tracy Lawrence, etc
Really nice song love it
It is cold...so cold...and it's killing me. Hold me....please hold me....don't leave. Sad song.
Man this is a KILLER Song!!
Sing it joe
I always thought Joe Diffie was one of the best. His voice is pure country.
George, Alan, Joe, Mark, Keith....all books in the country music Bible.
Real country!
I remember those days
Just "Love-it" when Joe wail's out those hurtful song lyrics.
Mercy! Another co-dependent domestic anguish country song. That’s right. I said it. Sang it Joe!!!
Real country music at it's best from the 90s
TOTALLY bad ass
chills, if only country music was still true country, this is true country.
Sadly, how applicable to some of life's situations.
I believe Keith Whitley was most likely influenced by Jo Diffy . what say yall
James Lenoir Keith Whitley passed away before Joe Diffie even hit the charts. I think it’s the other way around.
it's not that " you don't know what you have till you lose it-" it's you never thought you would lose it.
ITS COLD IN HERE!! YOUR HOT 🔥 🔥 🔥
Great song its cold in here
Beautiful song...love his singing..🎶🎸👢😊🌹
They decade when I was little... And country was awesone.I miss those days😆😆😆😆😥😥😥
Mister Duffie. improved what the Good Ol Boys created !!
Right up there with Mark Chestnutt !!
Great all time Country Singer !!!
Good song
*My heart just breaks for the 98 people who hit dislike. Pour souls were so excited they thought it said Dis-I-Like. We just have to forgive them. I know I got excited too, but not quite that excited.*
They were probably Luke Combs and Carrie Underwood fans. The stuff on radio today isn't real country music.
A night to remember
Another classic! Sorry I missed him last week in St.Louis
what ever happened to him? hit after hit, and then kinda disappeared. great singer!!
Dam good song
I always loved ALL of his songs from the early 80s till now (2018) We saw him at Fan Fair 1998, and concerts on Long Island at the ole Westbury Music Fair in NY - when my husband was much younger he looked like Joe a lot - that is why I love my husband Tim lol - married 35 years - He should have been in the Country Music Hall of Fame - As I always called him - Rockin Joe! We are planning to move to Tennessee soon - hopefully we will meet him again in person, He is a true gentleman - We even met his mom Flora years ago and years ago I spoke to her on the phone too - OK Rockin Joe - keep making music ... I love all 80s and 90s Country Music - thats all I listen to.
Got that right best years ever with great memories
I certainly agree with those who miss country music. The crap being pushed down the throat of folks from the new "artist" is amazingly bad.
YAY Joe Diffie!
Tell him Jackie. He's coming to Buffalo to Salem field on Flag day. Don't forget your patriotic clothes.
This man puts the word country into country music. When Joe, Alan, Vince and the other artist of their generation retire after being pushed out by pop rock imitation country, what will be left worth tuning in. At least we can be proud of them. They honorably gave it up rather than adulterate real country with the cancer that has taken her from us. Long live Joe, at least in our memories.
damn skippie
......or is it just you
Whatever the fuck years later this song is still amazing ! Somebody ought to tell todays music industry this is real !!! 100% true country music !
This reminds me of my first wife. She left to go get cigarettes 21 years ago today and never came back. But I sit at the table every day and wait for her to walk through that door.
Well, you'd better hope she doesn't. Your second wife won't be too happy about it. You'll find yourself smack dab the middle of a country song!
She went out for cigarettes. Chelly Wright
Living this song
Joe diffie's the most underrated country star of all time probably he is a great singer
I never knew Joe was a sit up man
the sit ups Joe did in this video were the 1st and last of his life
This song has so much meaning to me and my ex-girlfriend 1317
Don't get any better than this!
Love it
love this song
Proof that the wrong promoters and people around you and you will never reach full potential.
Great music no thanks to barf brooks damn he ruined good country
Yes he did. He was the beginning of the end for traditional country music. By '95 i was sick of the guy.
What happen to country?! I do like some of this new country but this era was awesome!
What I want to know is.....what the hell were the 54 people who gave this a thumbs down listening to?
I couldn't give a shit. Let them keep on polluting their ears & mind.
They just stupid.
great real country
Joe is simply awesome
Joe can't water to see you next month it hasa lot of your you no out still have it golden Zanesville lve you
country music of today ain't nothin more than pop with a twang
I miss real country music. I hope some day Nashville will come full circle and return to its roots.
One half is going back to its roots, the other half is getting worse and worse
one of the best vocalist of all time!

Top Shelf Country
Real Country music.
I do dearly love joe Diffie singing. excellent job 100-100
I sit here and wonder why this man's songs does not have more views then this. He sure did have that good country music voice..
LittleSlim78 ....ppl these days just dont know real country music
Only because YouTube wasn't available when good country music was alive and well or most of the good songs then would surpass the views we see in today's music
your sweet joe diffie and you have kept my heart warm for awhile
Country Fuckin Music!!!!!
here's a quarter call someone that cares, tritt,Lawrence, very underrated mark chestnut.
Sadly, these would be the Last years of "real" country music. By mid 90's Country radio was well on its way to producing "Image over substance" music. Pop country was in full effect gaining more momentum with each "Model" who took to the stage with a bubblegum catchy tune. With the passing of George Jones and Merle Haggard only a few real "greats are left. George,Willie,Dolly Reba ,and And Alan Jackson are all that are left. But Real country died before any of them.
Theres plenty left; Dwight yoakam, garth brooks, randy travis, the mavericks, etc.
Steve B not Garth, replace him with Clint Black
Neil Tipton Dwight Yoakam, Aaron Tippin, Vince Gill, etc plus look at the underground, Zane Williams, Aaron Lewis, Aaron Watson, Cody Jinks, Chris Stapleton is really popular but it's outlaw country like Waylon and Willie just more bluesy
When I heard Sexy Tractor, I was out
Joe hit #5 on ACC, 2-22-92. God bless ya, brother Joe!
joe diffie does situps?
GM Y'all.....
Joe Diffie is just simply country
Joe had 1 great song after another :) :) :)
+alworkedup He is awesome......hands down one of the greatest ever.
Heart Thumpin' Never turn your back on Love or REAL GOOD COUNTRY MUSIC!!!!!~~~~
Singled handily one of the greatest country singers ever.
+Daryl Dixon Man...you ain't kiddin..............
Seeing him tonight! I can't wait!!!
Joe Diffie is the real deal! Awesome singer. This is what real country sounds like!
WHAT happened to real coutry music? Some of us still want to hear it!!
@***** The 90's weren't bad at all. Hell even the early 2000s werent bad. It was about 2010 and later that it really started going down hill.
+Dean Winchester true, some good country songs came out in about 2004 and 2005.
We have to deal with Florida Georgia Line. I can't stand them
NoelKreiss 132 .
there are still a lot of great country singers if you look for them! Vince Gill, Gene Watson Darrel Singletary,(recently passed) Rhonda Vincent, Sammy Kershaw, Mark Chesnut, Amber Digby, Dwight Yoakum, many more still out there.
Whoa what steel guitar! What a GREAT SONG…sing it JOE!
Dear lord that country music would sound like this once again steel guitars and fiddles.
Whitehall Wisconsin, go Joe!
Excellent!!! www.LAWKSTARGuitars.com

Man oh man, this is as good as it gets!!
+Sarah D yep......
The most spectacular thing that Joe Diffie had in Country music was his range ! He never got credit for it but there has not been one person in Country music who has been able to sing from the bass range to the tenor range in a country song since him. That's why people don't cover his songs in his range. He was Country's Opera singer as far as range goes. From the bottom to the top he was full sounding, and that in Country is something to be noted !!
That is a really good point. You never hear his songs covered in karaoke or someone has to sing the end an octave lower. Joe Diffie is amazing
I do a pretty decent cover for his music..
The only voice I can even imagine trying to sing this song is George Jones'. The melody even sounds like it could be from a George Jones album IMO.
@David Montoya me to frankly!
I agree but he couldnt sing tenor to a dog whistle like vince can but not always a good thing either
..
i miss hearing this voice. what is wrong with radio???? never mind. i already answered my own question
7 people have no music in their souls.
