@bunnybyle Wrong JOE was the 1st to cover this great DYLAN song! Bob Dylan enjoyed hearing Cockers take on his (dylans) songs ! Joe covered this tune just months after Bob wrote it! Recorded in Jamaica with the Wailers and great soul band STUFF summer 1976!!!
It states in the The life of Peter Tosh Stepping Razor Book that : The man in the mirror was Recorded at Randys in 1975, and that Matumbi had ALREADY recorded a reggae version. It’s on Wikipedia too ☺️
