Jim Reeves - I'm A Fool To Care Lyrics
I'm a fool to care
When you treat me this way
I know I love you
But what can I do
I'm a fool to care.
I'm a fool to cry
When you tell me goodbye
You left me so blue
When you were untrue
I'm a fool to care.
I know I should laugh
And call it a day
But I know I would cry
If you go away.
I'm a fool to care
When you don't care for me
Why should I pretend
I'd lose in the end
I'm a fool to care.
I'm a fool to care
When you don't care for me
Why should I pretend
I'd lose in the end
I'm a fool to care...

Jim Reeves I'm A Fool To Care Comments
Great song and rendition, not intended to be rushed and not sound bluesy!
No disrespect to Jim Reeves fans, he has a pleasant voice and good diction. I know was considered a good singer. But I sense no commitment to the lyrics, or feeling of deep emotion or soul in any of his songs, going all the back to "Bimbo" in the 1960s. To me he might as well be singing about accountancy. I did like "Four Walls" and "He'll Have to Go" but it ends there for me.
Jim Reeve's greatest thing ever and ever since the beginning
