Before I died....one of Jim greatest songs, I love the lyrics of that song. I was just 13yrs. old when I heard Jim died , I cried bitterly he was my Idol.I still love and listen to his song all the time even though Charley Pride is my Idol now. R.I.P.Jim.
True. I was 8 yrs old when I learned of his passing and remember exactly where I was, who was with me and who told me. I too cried every night, once in bed, for days. it was truly a upsetting moment in my life I shall never forget.
