My dad passed yesterday morning after a long hard fought battle against lung cancer that spread to his brain. He never complained during the 19 months of his battle, and for the most of it had a uplifted spirit. He always had hope in Jesus, and im thankful the lord gifted us the 19 months for us to get use to him not being in our lives. I'm thankful we don't have to grieve like those with no hope, because I know this is only a temporary seperation. It will be a hard road ahead because he was my best friend, and I did everything with him. I never expected to lose my dad at 21 years of age, hold your parents tight you don't know what you got until its gone.

AkaChapzs I was in the same boat has you.. I’ve cried to God about needing a job but I decided not to cry anymore and to trust him and I also had fellow church members praying for me has well.. rejection after rejection I was gonna give up so I decided to go back to my old job and see if they’ll rehire me and I filled application and kept praying! I’ve had dreams about an application being accepted and I also had another dream I was walking up to the workplace with my headphones and a couple days later I got a call and went to orientation! To God Be The Glory! Keep trusting God! If he can do it for me! I know absolutely he can do it for you! Don’t lose faith! He’ll go above and beyond your expectations :) so yes I’ll keep you in my prayers! If you can also pray for my family to accept Jesus into their lives that would be great! Thanks in advance! And don’t give up!

Tired of everything. A call center agent at night with 9 hours shift and a student in the morning with just 3 hours sleep per day.
Helping my parents in the province. Paying rent, my tuition and bills with the age of 19 . I'm also representing the youth out there who have broken family and experience violence from others. But I'm not sad or feeling down with all the things that I have experienced and for what I have today because compared to others I know I'm much better and stronger. What a song for these times.. I had this song played at the end of my late sons celebration of life service two years ago. I desired for it to witness truth and reality to his many un-saved friends. I desired it to leave leave an impression upon their lives and to plant the seeds of hope into their lives. When I heard this song and really listened to the lyrics and the emotions it stired in my own life I wept tears of joy and felt the tugging in heart to stop being on the fence myself. AMEN

My sister-in-law passed away today from the same genetic disease my husband has. Shortly after I found out she had passed, I turned on my local christian radio station and, literally, the first line that played was "As your mercy falls I raise my hands and praise the God who gives and takes away" from this song! Then I went to the nursing home where my husband is and I had to tell him his sister had passed. Finally, on the way home from the nursing home, I turned on that same station and the first song that played was Jeremy Camp's "There Will Be A Day" which starts out: "There will be a day with no more tears, no more pain, and no more fears. There will be a day when the burdens of this place, will be no more..." Some people would say that's just a coincidence. I'm not one of them! I WILL AND DO PRAISE HIM IN THIS STORM. I thank Him for the years we had her here. My sister-in-law was a believer and she once told me that the best day of her life was the day she got baptized! I KNOW where she is and I will see her again someday and when I do she won't be sick any more! Thank you, Father!!

I’ve always been a Christian, always believed in god and heaven and everything, but for some reason it’s like death, the rapture and heaven never really sunk in, I new it was real but that seemed so far away I never really thought about it because I’m so young, then I heard this song and it all just sunk in, one day I’m going to meet the god that I’ve talked to my entire life, I’m going to see the place that I’ve always heard about, I will see the savior that I read about who was crucified on the cross 2000 years ago face to face someday, I will walk on the streets of gold. While listening to this song a few days ago when I was feeling really depressed, it all became real to me and I realized I’ve got nothing to be depressed or stressed about, because I know that the end result is me in heaven no matter what happens to me here.
