멜로디 라인은 완전 다른 곡이라 표절이 아니지만 도입부랑 곡 전체에 전반적으로 깔리는 기본 베이스 세션 라인은 이 곡을 참고해서 편곡한 게 맞는 듯.. 그러나 레베카도 이 곡도 무려 30년전 곡들이고 8,90년대는 미국 팝이 전세계적으로 압도적인 영향력을 끼치던 시기였기 때문에 미국이외의 유럽이나 일본 등 다른 나라 가수들도 미국에서 유행하는 곡들을 많이 참고해서 무단으로 샘플링을 하거나 심지어는 멜로디 라인까지 그대로 베껴서 곡을 만들던 시대였음. 비슷한 분위기의 악기구성과 배경음이 들어간 것 까지 전부 다 표절로 본다면 전 세계에 표절로 걸리지 않을 곡은 거의 없다고 봐야지.
