I struggle with depression and anxiety, have been for the past 5 years but I only started to get help recently, and when I listen to this song, all I can think about was how much I lied to myself saying that my feelings were invalid and that there were so many others out there suffering with problems worse than mine, brushing my own mental health under the rug. Every one's mental health is important, every human is important. Spread peace and spread love, xoxo

It's 6am and I'm crying like a baby listening to this. I'm sure my interpretation of this song is totally different than what was intended but listening to this made me think of my dad, and it broke my heart. 8½ months ago my dad was diagnosed with epithelial mesothelioma, an aggressive type of lung cancer with no survival rate. The average life expectancy after diagnosis is between 10 months to 3 years (I think, maybe less). When we're together I always try to put on a brave face and smile and laugh like we always do, but every time I look at him all I can think about is that I'm losing my entire world. My dad has been my best friend and my rock since my earliest memories. He's the glue that holds me together. This song....it's everything I can't say to him... 💔
