This song is from the 90's, when Frank was very ill and depressed.

This sounds like Frank to me. His voice is pretty croaky so I think this might have been recorded pretty late in his life when his health was pretty awful, so that is probably why it sounds a bit different to the usual.

I am absolutely positive.. I have only one collection of his music and this was definitely on it.

Jackson is the real Spectre.
