Haha I think you're talking about his rig rundown. He always keeps an overdrive on his "clean" sound so it doesn't sound plain. And hes right I've been using an overdrive to boost my clean sound and I can hear it better when the drums are going and it has more tone that gives your clean sound a punch but "clean"

yup thats the one...he probably has a few rig rundowns though. If I ever got to hang out with him all of my questions would be about pedals seeing as I build my own from scratch.
