This guy is just so good and underrated.

I ran across this video a couple years late, over here in the States. But the idea for the video is beautiful and brilliantly executed. If there was an aging actress from the Golden Age of Hollywood, that would be willing to take part in a video like this, I believe Isak could not just have today's American listeners would love his voice, but would love the sentiment of these two people, where the only thing that kept them apart (in the video concept) was 50 years. Not their ages now, but the idea that this beautiful Swedish actress who is still beautiful at what 75? And Isak at 17-18? Just brilliant and touch my heart. If the sand in the hour glass could be stopped if only for a 4 minute video, I would hope there would be more touching moments and ideas in music videos today. Cheers from Nashville Isak!

My guess is he's singing about a girl he loves and their relationship didn't work out so now the lady is old and remembering their old times?

The man (Isak) is in her imagination, but its showing his feelings towards her whenever they were both the age he was now (being a character and not Isak himself) and the pictures the woman is in. It seems something happened to the man at that age, perhaps killed, and she was visiting his room that hadn't been touched and nothing moved around since his death. She wishes she could turn back time and tell him how she felt, and wishes them to have been together.
Does that make sense?

Om jag förstår rätt så är Isak död och damen minns tillbaka på tiden då han levde, skulle gissa ungefär 50-60tal. Im running out of time får mig att tro att det är så här samt början "turn back time". Slutet är bara för att mindfucka folk eller för att påvisa att man ska tro på ett liv efter döden.

Damen i videon är en väldigt känd skådespelare, hon är förresten rollen som berts mormor i alla bert filmerna
