A lot of people find that beautiful song and instead of giving compliments for the artist who made that song exist, they just said shit like "xxx brought me here" or "love xxx's music taste"........ Wow, what a time to be alive !

First time I heard this song was when the album came out back in like 2004-2005. I use to listen to it on the bus in high school as I gazed out at the fields and I'd wonder what my life would turn out to be like.

what the hell is a seulgi?

Mr. Beam explained in the liner notes how this song is basically a very simple tribute to his love/hate relationship with black-tar heroin, and how the drug started taking its toll on him, so around his 29th birthday, he switched to doing butt shots of very strong grain alcohol (I can't remember the exact term he used for "butt shots," it was much nicer-sounding obviously). I had always loved and been very moved by the song, but it took on an even deeper charm after finding out what was actually on Sam's mind when he wrote it. Beautiful album, and a lovely song.

I'd like a source as well; I've never heard any information anywhere ever that he had in issue with heroin, let alone this song being a song related to it.

This has been one of my favorite songs for years & haven't not heard it in awhile.... It's still a masterpiece. So soothing, so beautiful.

Well, you're human aren't you? A lot can happen 12 years lol. I just mean life in general, so much changes, I was so young when i discovered this, and here I am, 24, re listening, feeling new emotions, less pure, less eternal than ever. This song makes me miss my 2004 frame of mind. Its hard to explain.
