That's Shaggy's Brother... John Utsler... AKA John Kickjazz... he was a part of ICP for everything up until CoC... after that he left the band for his girlfriend.

i like carnival of carnage and ringmaster.
I also like riddlebox and the great milenko but i think those albums are a different genre.
I also like the amazing jeckel brother and the wraith but not really as much as their other albums because its much more mainstream and it doesnt sound wicked anymore
