The melody is perfect and so therapeutic, Both you and Kina are so very talented and I wish the best for both of you both personally and with your career in delivering beautiful music. Love is amazing and wonderful, love is also terrifying, like being in a burning building. Or like your loved one being trapped in a burning building when you can escape, and she sings to you:
"Oh, my future, I can't believe it's time..."
and you sing to her:
"No, my lover, I'll never leave you behind, no, no, no, no..."
and you would go to the ends of the earth for her, but you can't bend steel or break concrete, so she dies. And the fire isn't yet close, so you look out into the starred sky...... before climbing down the fire escape.

How now do you live? You go to the ends of the earth, every last place she ever was, every last thing she left behind, and with fire you send them to her in the heavens.

OR, maybe it's a song about when they got engaged, and in the proposal he cited all the places they'd been. That's a little more cheery, I vote we make that the meaning.

I sent this to my girlfriend and at first I sent it because I loved the melody, then as I replayed and replayed I could see us dancing to this song on our wedding day. And then she asks me what does this song mean. I was honestly stumped, but I said to her, what this song meant to ME was that no matter what I'll never leave her behind.
