No, it's about Mark Rizzo and some other guy's fallout with Cristian Machado (lead singer) of this band. Apparently, they didn't leave on good terms and Machado felt betrayed by them. Vaya Con Dios is a spanish phrase which literally means "Go with God" and is used in a friendly manner, however in this case it's meant in a more sarcastic and spiteful way.

Why is it they never perform this song live?

this song is funny. marc rizzo wrote the guitar lines for this song with no idea it's actually about him and the old percussionist planning to leave the band after recording

this band went sucks after Rizzo left.
