Reece's Pieces Jacob is from a town very close to where I live. About ten years ago my brothers friend (who went to high school with Jacob) begged me not to go to the hedley concert going on in my town because apparently Jacob had forced himself on his sister. Not saying it’s true, because I really don’t know, but I wasn’t surprised when these other allegations came out.

For real though. When this album first came out he was doing a show in my hometown and my brothers friend begged me not to go. They went to school together (Jacob is from a town really close to mine) and apparently Jacob forced himself on this guys sister. Not saying it’s true, but that it didn’t surprise me that this happened.

I'm a huge Hedley fan. Met the band this year on their hello world tour and saw them live that exact same night. Saw them on their wild life tour as well. God I loved those two nights. Best one was the night on the hello world tour. God I miss that tour. The hello world tour was their best tour by far. The opening acts were awesome as well (especially Carly Rae Jepsen who has become my favourite singer because of that tour since I saw her live on that tour). Hopefully, Hedley and Carly Rae Jepsen will go back on tour someday. That'd be the best Hedley and Carly Rae Jepsen tour ever!

Awesomejuggler20 They put on an amazing show eh, i've seen them 4 times and very nice fellas too. The 2nd time i was going to see them i was after leaving my work to go home (i work at a restaurant ) and on of my coworkers called me saying Hedley walked in 5 min later. I mentioned it that night during the meet n greet and had a good chat with Jacob n Tommy telling me they liked our food :D

Their career seemed promising back in the day. This song has such a good instrumental. it has a goddamn sweep picking guitar solo.. To clarify what i mean by promising is being respected by musicians and real music fans. All of their latest releases have been laughable. They hit a point of diminishing return on the respect after they started releasing over the top pop singles. I will say say its impressive that the lead singer can be a tardo and still have a career in music.

A few days ago I was on spotify looking for some new songs and so Anyhow, Hedley poped in my mind and started looking for them and to my surprise the music I found was completely different from this and I thought I had misspelled the name or something... Well they were pretty much sell outs from the start, back in the day that's what was popular. Pop rock was popular when they released their 3rd and 4th albums. The 4th album had more of an electronic vibe to it since popular music was generally heading that direction. There was some pop rock mixed in with it however. It was more a deal of simpler songs but still catchiness when they released Wild Life. With a bit more energy than the following years, now they're throwing synths everywhere with their newest release and have gone full blown electropop bullshit. Sad eh

If they stuck to their roots they'd become super boring. Even though they've changed I'm so thankful we have all this different music from them, sounds that we wouldn't have heard if not for changing so much.
