I was in the Army from 2004-2008 stationed in Ft Wainwright Alaska, then spent 16 months in Iraq. It was a very dark, and lonely part of my life but then I found Hatebreed (Perseverance, Rise of Brutality, and and Supremacy) and their music became my therapy that helped 10x more than an actual therapist. They may have even saved my life.

As an old metalhead who is fighting depression for a very long time now, I can completely acknowledge this. I don't know what it is, but a hammering; pumping bass, a mean drum and a singer with a brutal; strong voice always made me feel more normal, sane and happy than any "feel good" music or, god forbid, this new age shit.

And songs like this or like 'In Ashes They Shall Reap' and what they have to tell actually have a meaning for me.

@Furzkampfbomber You just said what i have always felt about Hatebreed. Whenever i am pissed or upset about something and listen to Hatebreed they always calm me down.

This & Another Day Another Vandetta are the baddest of the songs on this album & they are all awesome songs!
