Although Instant Replay, is the name of this Lp. And Instant Replay, was a great song. But once you turn over side B, of this album. That's where you find the song Countdown. The progression and orchestration of this song is one the disco songs I've heard. And believe me, I've heard a lot them during and after the disco years. Love this song.

This was 14 great minutes dancing at Oil Can Harry's in Studio City CA and Studio One West Hollywood CA!!!! Disco is the best music ever created. All orchestra and real singing you can understand and sing along to.

Remember watching Dan on American Bandstand - jamming to this combination of Countdown and This is it. When music was actually played by real people not pressing buttons, flipping switches or turning knobs that produced an electronic sound. And people actually sang not with auto-tunes nonsense. And the lyrics actually meant something so special even if you didn't figure them out at first or even multiple listening but eventually you grasped the meaning of those great lyrics. Love love love that whole arrangement. It sort of sounds like it be easily put to a Broadway play or movie musical.

With the reuse of the "hungry for you love" lyric & the same end riff before launching into "this is it" sounds more like "Instant Replay", though there are similarity to relight my fire too. Great songs all round!

Count Down is the epitome of Disco. One of the best piece of music ever composed.

That was weird how they started with Countdown and then switched off into "This is it" then back to "Countdown" wow what a smooth transition then back to "This is it" then towards the ending it goes into "Instant reply." That was a time when artistry actually meant something other than let's just get a paycheck. The artists back then not only showed passion towards their craft but they're respect for their craft. Many of today's artist just want to collect likes on social media, many get bitchy if they're not nominated for a music award. And let's not get into today's artist and all that endorsement crap. That's when many tend to lose their damn minds thinking they're God's and Goddesses acting more like A-holes who forgot their true purpose of why they're in the business in the first place.

Though many back then were honest when asked why did they choose music as a career many guys always said "For the girls and women." And we never said anything because we thought it was a joke and that couldn't be the only reason why but at least they were honest. But even then with those artists back then they still carried themselves respectfully and responsibly as artists they was no beef between artists over dumb stupid crap. But some of today's artists try to hide their reasons for being in the business only to reveal their true nature later on like we didn't already know. Money, awards, fame, glitz & glamour and all that nonsense back and forth beef.

Tiffanys night club in Stoke in the mid to late 70s was an absolute gem. i was 17 when this track was released and i simply didnt need, girls, beer, money or drugs....just music to dance to
