Gregg Allman - One Way Out Lyrics
Ain't but one way out darling, Lord I just can't go out that door
Ain't but one way out baby, Lord I just can't go out that door
Cause there's a man down there, might be your man I don't know
Lord you got me trapped woman, up on the second floor
So raise your window baby, I can ease out soft and slow
Lord, your neighbors, no they won't be
Talking that stuff that they don't know
Lord I'm foolish to be here on the first place
I know some man gonna come in and take my place
Ain't no way in the world I'm goin' out that front door
'Cause there's a man down there, might be your man I don't know
'Cause there's a man down there, might be your husband I don't know
'Cause there's a man down there
Oh, it just might be your man, baby
Lord, it just might be your man
Oh darling, I just don't know

Gregg Allman One Way Out Comments
That drum solo...wow! Thought he was going to start playing with his hands any minute a la Bonzo. It was very Moby Dick-ish. Devon rocked too, he looks more like Duane than Duane’s own daughter!
Imagine Duane aging as well as his peers and brother Gregg... I could never be so proud of that. Unfortunately euphoria doesn't exist.
...a proud daddy there watching Devon slay it....still can't believe Gregg is gone....
Simply put, The G.O.A.T. THANK YOU SIR, you greatly influenced my life. Never will be another like you.
Great night indeed! I was on the 7th row staring right at that Hammond, best birthday present I ever got. My wife earned a lot of browny points for this.

Jamming on a Sunday night I love retirement
great piano and guitar and drum solos
Everything Gregg did was a mixture of rock and roll mixed with jazz. Just listen to that piano player. Every note is wrong, but it is so, so, so right!
Sehr viele sehr gute Musike on Stage. Astrein. On Enlisch: very gread
Yes, Devon looks just like his Uncle Duane "Skydog"
The smile on Greggs face while Devon is playing his solo is priceless. He is saying that is my boy. Proud dad, just another case of class from Mr. Gregg Allman

Thank you Elmore James,Sonny Boy Williamson. Great song still stands up today.

Awesome Gregg ALLMAN 💘
At 2:40 look at the proud look on Gregg's face when Devon steps up to do his solo! ❤️ That's one proud papa! RIP Gregg, and condolences to Devon and the rest of Gregg's family!
reckon his voice was better here than back in the day imo. Greg reminded me a lot of JJCale in all sorts of subtle ways. This is an international grief but thanks to the USA for creating all of this....
RIP GA
Go thru the door Gregg - it's straight into Heaven for you man.
PS - So cool the GA point to the crowd for the, "Might be your man I dunno" and his reaction. Dang it my eyes are gonna get watery now. Thanks for all the beautiful music Allman brother.
Trapped no more... R.I.P. maestro...
Rest In Peace My Brother!

Put Devon in the band permanently.... please
Man Devon looks like Uncle Duane -
JourneyHome I agree! And as talented as his uncle Duane!
If you think he looks like his Uncle Duane here, you should check out this: Royal Southern Brotherhood - Unplugged in Norway here on you tube. Whoa boy howdy he looks just like him.
Gregg, I can't wait to see you in Telluride Colorado on Sept. 20th, Cousin Figel
This is a great song....
Timeless... never ever gets old!
Allman's doing what they do best. Jam on proud Pops!!! Love is EVERYwhere..ounnnn
Doesn't get any better then this💫
Wowwwwwww👍✌️😉💫
Saw them Saturday night, July 18, 2015. Really bad storm hit, messed the stage up and equipment. Gregg came on late, played mostly in the dark. The band was GREAT.
Smokin' Mr Allman! TXS for posting video
God Bless!
Could do without the drum solo..
@gerry Orangefan
Me too.
+Gerardo Erak WIRED!
+gerry Orangefan It seemed too long and not really related to the song?
I think it was Cool of Gregg to let his band show case their skills.. obviously he's not arrogant enough to insist on being the only one on stage.. a true musician!
I just dawned on me that Gregg wasn't feeling good enough to carry on a whole show any more.. perhaps he's needed the time to rest up and not burn out! He was pretty sick by then...
LOVE Gregg individually . . . as well as Devon individually . . It just does NOT get any better than the two of them on stage together. . . Anxiously waiting for my turn to witness it! LOVE YOU BOTH!
Check out the eye contact at the 3:29 mark. They both said "I love you" with their eyes.
Now THAT's the shit right there...dam good job Mr. Allman...many thanks!
Love, Love, Love, can't get enough, is that Devon on guitar?
Great Tune,Sounds like the old days
Greg's sounding Good and his son Devon adds a nice solo.
@mojoman566
Don´t like Devon Allman´s guitar tone.
:)
Picky, picky, picky....it's all in your taste.
Yowsy,he and his band sound great...........Keep rolling and all the best to Greg &Co.!
I have been diggin' the ABB since '72 and this here band is great. Thanks Greg for puttin' out more top notch music.
Larry Gibes I'm 72 and been digging Gregg since they came out in the 70s. ..
That drum solo kicks ass!! Can't wait to get this DVD. Love bass solo. You don't hear them very often. And the horns add so much to the bands overall sound. Gregory was right, again. Oh yeah--Gregory's voice sounds as great as always.
Love, love, love. Gregory, you should wear those pants--always. Lovely to see Devon playing with Dad. Love his music, too. Gregory's band is tight.
