@MrKyel17 In my own humble opinion, it's supposed to sound energetic and intense, it's not supposed to sound shitty! Any music is better when it sounds better--punk is no exception. I never got this "low-fi" bullshit, as if it's a style or something. It's just the sound you get when a garage band records a demo on a $20 mono cassette machine because they spent their recording gear budget on cheap beer. It's as unlistenable as it sounds!
