It is a Martin; I wouldn't buy them though. If you want a good acoustic, I would suggest Taylor or Gibson. That being said, you'll have to spend about $1500+ for a good model of either of them. Cheaper Taylors and Gibsons are pretty terrible. If you want a really nice, cheaper guitar, I would suggest Dean or Epiphone.
