Good question. As a young man I wanted all my fav artists to do well in the charts. Now im 37 I couldn't give a monkeys about chart positions. I was sure as anything that now the charts are composed mostly of downloads that bands like the Go Team would have more chart success. How wrong I was.

Just heard this on Radcliffe and Maconie. Can't believe I missed it during the year. Could be right out of the early-mid 90s - the most underrated era for British pop I reckon.
