Green Hornet um no it’s from Sesame Street Kermit was originally on Sesame Street for the first few seasons until Jim Henson the original creator took him off that show and put him on his new show the muppets show and this song was originally sung on Sesame Street by Kermit back when he was on it. However the muppet show also included this song. But in my opinion the original one from Sesame Street Kermit sang was better than when he sang it on the muppet show.

As a former vocal major and teacher, I would sign up Damian above anyone other male in the cast for a record contract. Such rich tone and sincerity in his presentation. Him, Chris (Kurt) Colfer (but very limited as a countertenor) and Matthew (Mr. Shu) Morrison have incredible voices.

@Lucas no its really not. The song written by Joe Raposo way back in 1970 and performed by Kermit the frog is about loving yourself no matter what colour you are. It doesn't actually give any reference to any specific ethnicity apart from the colour green

Thanks, I wasn't aware of that. We thought they were co-winners, but it seems they are more like Miss America and the First Runner-Up. So, what did you think of Alex? We could NOT stand him on TGP - he has to be one of the whinest, laziest people on reality TV, not counting Kardashians. But I have to admit he is talented. Really talented. THAT guy has a future. And so does Samuel. When he won I couldn't picture him in the cast, but he entered seamlessly. He may single-handedly save Glee yet!

Hey! Our thoughts exactly. It was clear from Damian's first episode they were going to use him as contractually little as they could get away with. In some episodes he's like an extra. The actress who got the 2 episode part had more screen time, and a better story. It's clear to us that Samuel, the other 7 ep. winner, is being groomed as a future cast member. His scenes so far have had real impact. The Glee Project taught us that Ryan Murphy is a conceited, pretentious jerk.

I don't know why, but I don't like this version. If you ask me, it almost sounds like they auto-tuned his voice, not to say that he has a bad voice or anything.

@volvoxa quite frankly, I thought he did Kermit a touch of justice. this was always a favorite of mine growing up (back when Sesame Street was cool and dull like today) and this is one of the reasons why I regret not watching The Glee Project. praise to Rory.
