Set a goal. Anything.
Right now I have set a goal to complete the 6 week program of Athlean X called Athlean Xero (Bodyweight only training)
And to my surprise today is the start of week 3 and have gone through the grueling workouts.. It is crazy because before every workout I complain to myself saying "Fuuck this one is gonna be a tough workout." But in the end, i still do it. I always think ahead, of how I want to change my body, and that keeps me focused because I am tired of having an average body, I want to be the best that I can look and perform.
I've just recently made a habit of going for a walk at my local park at least 1 hour a day, say at least 5 days a week.
Not exactly sure where I am going with this, I guess that if I can do it, then I know you can do it, everyone has a threshold that needs to be broken in order to get them to break a habit or take on a challenge till the end.
In the end, you are the only person stopping yourself from doing the things you think you can't do.

Great song. I am so glad that their quality did not decline with that lead singer change. They may even be better now, but on that question I will wait to decide yet and listen a couple more times.

Kaio Ushigami it's still really good. They sound less like LP and HUD on this as compared to there other records with there old singer but I think the old singer was way better
