Chicago IL This Album was played in my house every cut on here. This music gives me sense of grounding to a strong (United) positive Black village. The good/the bad and all that flows in between. The ending always chokes me up . I don’t know why. Aretha that voice those vocals. Lord have Mercy.

Basically the song is about as you live life and go through things bad and good, loss of loved ones, as you remember and look over your life and how God brought you through and that leaves you with "precious memories", he said I will never leave you nor forsake you.

I truly love this song it just wake up your soul and it makes you feel so good it let you know you can keep going.... trouble don't last always......
