Criminally underrated

excellent way to finish a classic 90s album -this album was gold when it came out!!! i don’t like ff at all since everlong (and i don’t like ‘the shape..’ either) just my opinion, i dont care about yours 😋 but having said that, this was my favourite song on that album by a mile and i think it’s light years ahead of anything they released after... so there 👍

Grohl is an incredibly talented musician who really doesn't need praise from people who still "miss the comfort of being sad" As far as I am concerned Cobain was just a guy who managed to get to the top of the heap on the gimmick of not fitting in...like a gangsta rapping complaining about how hard life is while cruising on a yacht>>>>FOH!!!! And when he reached the pinnacle of his career...he killed himself because  he didn't have the talent to sustain it...So if you want to worship your grunge god ...fine but do on his  videos

Still in 2018 my favorite ff song. The fade out at the end still hits home for me and brings back a few specific memories that hit pretty hard. So i guess its more a personal thing than anything else.

I think it's fine to call this song my first experience with shoegaze, even though I had no idea of what shoegaze is when I started listening to Foo Fighters. It's such an introspective song with its own dense aura around it. Love it to bits.

Kurt and Dave would of made this a hit on Nirvana 4. It was Dave's demo but Kurt loved it and imagine his voice singing the lead vocals with Dave backing?? His voice plus the guitar reverb would of been heaven. I listen to it now and can't help but think that I'm hearing Nirvana...Man, if only...

Song reminds me of Kurt's demise.

This was probably going to be Nirvana's next biggest song. Kurt loved it but wanted to change up the lyrics and speed up the chorus. Alone & Easy target off this album was another song on this album that Kurt loved the chorus but hated the lyrics. Both songs would have made it to their 5th LP after in Utero if Kurt lived along with you know your right. Love Dave's voice but Kurt would of slayed those two songs....it's just too damn bad.
