Famous Last Words - The Judged Lyrics
Ladies and gentlemen of this jury
I'm here today to bring this criminal to justice
One whose crimes are so heinous and evil
That if I had the power of the almighty I'd sentence her soul to hell!
Advocate your lies and hide behind your bruise
I'm not the culprit, I'm the victim of perjury
I swear I'm innocent cause I'm the one who's-
Guilty of the atrocities!
There's her confession, let's get on with the sentencing
That's bullshit!
He's the one who defiled me
See? She admitted it!
Honor you must convict!
Stuck on the outside looking in
Humiliation fuels my shame
Want to shed off my skin
So discredit me and take it all
Because it seems I'm destined to fall
Disparage me and make the call
Deep down I know it's not my fault
I'm not to blame
How could I ever have asked for this?
So do your worst, I'll stand up tall
And I'll never feel guilty at all!
It's clear she instigated it
Sprits of chanel and her cherry lipstick
Used to tempt us with her smile over promiscuous dissident
Harlot's calamity
Order the penalty now!
Give her what she deserves
Lured him in with provocative beauty
She's done it before and she'll do it again
Trust me!
You're all so blind
How can't you see?
His argument's enormity
I've lost my faith in society
How could you do this to me?
To me
So discredit me and take it all
Because it seems I'm destined to fall
Disparage me and make the call
Deep down I know it's not my fault
I'm not to blame
How could I ever have asked for this?
So do your worst, I'll stand up tall
And I'll never feel guilty at all!
I will wake up, I will fight
Back to reality
I'd like to see you try
What a shame, I hope you said your goodbyes
I will prevail or I will die
Lock the cage, throw away the key
Settle in because you'll never be leaving
Lock the cage, throw away the key
You will suffer here, you will never leave
Lock the cage, throw away the key
Settle in because you'll never be leaving
Lock the cage, throw away the key
You will suffer here, you will stay asleep
You're all so sick, but now I see
This horrid dream is all just me
Blaming myself for this tragedy
But now I see it clearly
So discredit me and take it all
Because it seems I'm destined to fall
Disparage me and make the call
Deep down I know it's not my fault
I'm not to blame
How could I ever have asked for this?
So do your worst, I'll stand up tall
And I'll never feel guilty at all!
Guilty of sin
Judgement for crimes committed
Guilty of sin (guilty of sin)
Judgement for crimes committed
Guilty of sin (guilty of sin)
Judgement for crimes committed
Guilty of sin
Judgement for crimes committed
Guilty of sin
Judgement for crimes committed
Guilty of sin
Judgement for crimes committed

High level modeling, dude!
Eu juro que estou inocente causa Eu sou o único who's-
Quer lançar fora a minha pele
Então desacreditar-me e levar tudo
Depreciar-me e fazer a chamada
Então desacreditar-me e levar tudo
Depreciar-me e fazer a chamada
Eu vou acordar eu vou lutar
De volta à realidade!
Eu gostaria de ver você tentar
Que vergonha, espero que você disse adeus
I vai prevalecer ou eu vou morrer!
Bloquear a gaiola jogar a chave fora
Acomode-se, porque você nunca vai estar deixando
Bloquear a gaiola jogar a chave fora
Você vai sofrer aqui
Você nunca vai sair!
Bloquear a gaiola jogar a chave fora
Acomode-se, porque você nunca vai estar deixando
Bloquear a gaiola jogar a chave fora
Você vai sofrer aqui
Você vai ficar dormindo!
Você é tudo tão doente
Mas agora eu vejo
Este sonho horrível é tudo apenas me
Culpando-me por esta tragédia
Mas agora eu vejo isso claramente
Então desacreditar-me e levar tudo
Depreciar-me e fazer a chamada

YOU CAN’T HANDLE THE TRUTH
Can someone tell me the story of this album so far?
👍🤘
Not to be a downer, but Owl City's fireflies is the chorus and The Agonist's "Thank you Pain" is the verse. Not saying it's a bad song but damn, It's kind of obvious.
i just gotta say Famous Last Words is fucking awesome. super underrated, yet one of the best bands of my time. thank you guys so much for everything that you do, it really means a lot to me and all your other fans. keep kicking ass gentlemen.
3:17 uuaalllllllll *PerfecT sonG* LoVe LovE
This, and Hide and Seek With Jealousy for sure😍
Man listening to I'm this album for the... well haven't been counting how many times, but I absolutely love the stories that their albums are about.
This story telling BS should be left to the professionals. You make one good album and try to feed off it’s success and it’s sad how this turned out.
HELL FUCK, THIS VIDEO... JUST PERFECT
Is this song about being falsely accused of rape?
The Judged:
"In 'The Judged,' just like many dreams, Christine suddenly appears in a new place. She is now in a courtroom filled with her neighbors from the party. In this song, the singing parts are Christine, and the screaming parts are the lawyer accusing her. She is the defendant on trial and her husband is the plaintiff. She is being tried for being the victim of sexual/ domestic assault. In this nightmare, everyone is against her and is blaming her, even though she is the victim.
Throughout the song you can see the development of her realizing the absurdity of the whole situation. This is all shown throughout the three pre-choruses especially. In the first pre-chorus she is more scared and confused than angry; "I guess it’s hard to see who is to blame stuck on the outside looking in. Humiliation fuels my shame. Want to shed off my skin". Then in the second pre-chorus she starts really realizing how wrong the whole situation is and she becomes rightfully more defensive:
'You’re all so blind, How can’t you see his argument’s enormity?
I’ve lost my faith in society,
How could you do this to me?'
And by the third pre chorus, she realizes that this is all still just a dream and she has had enough. She realizes that these people are just manifestations of her own insecurity and self blame. It's supposed to show how absurd it is that she is in any way blaming herself for what happened:
"You’re all so sick but now I see this horrid dream is all just me blaming myself for this tragedy but now I see it clearly."
Many victims have a tendency to blame themselves, and the point of this dream is to help her realize that that is absolutely preposterous.
The chorus is really what sends the central message of the song, 'So discredit me and take it all because it seems I’m destined to fall. Disparage me and make the call. Deep down I know it’s not my fault I’m not to blame. How could I ever have asked for this? So do your worst, I’ll stand up tall and I’ll never feel guilty at all.'
The song ends with the people in the courtroom chanting 'Guilty of sin, judgement for crimes committed' over and over again, which sets up the next song, 'How The Mighty Mock The Weak.'"

MELHOR MÚSICA DO PLANETA

this is the absolute best lyric video I have ever seen
Hi, at the part when he says, ''Sprits of channel'' what does it means in other words?
MaGGotsable a spray of perfume
this band especially this album, it fits me perfect. when I was a child I abused by an evil stepbrother for two full years.. he took his anger out on me, I couldn't eat unless he said, when parents weren't home and now 13 years later I suffer from anxiety and somniphobia and can't sleep and fear my nightmares of those two years.
This should be a music in Ace Attorney
I would sell my souls for 2 tickets to a FLW concert and a pack of water balloons.
this sounds like if the girl from two faced charade survived somehow and was blamed for both murders. this explains the hints of the death penalty, the early bruise reference and "blaming myself for this tragedy" tragedy usually the downfall or death of the main character/s in this theory the murderer from that album. it fits but just a thought.
KSI N3XUS 7 ik, sometimes i feel like all the albums after they come up with thier new one all go together
KSI N3XUS 7 That makes sense. But i feel like the song is less complex than that
Nose simplemente amo esta banda♡
This has a very big ice nine kills feel to it which i love
But all in all this band loves to tell stories with their music and there is always a great message with it and i love that so much
vyrik syren both bands do concept albums meaning their tone of music and lyrics depends on the story they want to tell! That's why I love them!
MI FAVORITE SONG OF THE ALBUM INCUBUS OMFG <3
I know this song isn't completely related, but I was a victim of physical abuse for 2 years and this reminds me of taking my ex to court for it. I won for telling the truth. He couldn't silence me.
very ice nine kills vibe

How The Mighty Mock The Weak: "I always imagined the scene of this song looking just like the picture. Everyone suddenly freezes and turns black and white while she continues moving forward in color. This song is basically her response to the people in the courtroom. For Christine, this is her moment of absolution. She puts her foot down and says no more. It's the turning point of the nightmare where she finally starts taking control. She will never again be ruled over."
this band is fucking incredible
Do you guys know where can I find more songs like this? I mean the chorus part is fucking addictive!
Have you listened to the rest of their album 'The Incubus'? https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLEng4ud-rTSxjwpqGYtIVMgRd_yI6GCRV

Help us get it more views and share it with your friends!
I love this song. It highlights the fact that women are blamed for being raped while the men run free to do it.
Kat Mckoy ok first off idc that this is based on a true story because I've not been the one who's said anything about my song that was my bf and second of all this is the first time either me or him has replied to your comments since 3 weeks ago so let it go
I meant the song not my song sorry about thay
A lot of rapes are repported years after the incident, which means there's almost no possibility to proof the rape happened, which means that in the mayority of the cases the ocussed of rape are not proven guilty. And there are a lot of reasons why the ones accused of rape don't go to jail. The victim mistaken an innocent person with the abuser, the victim never reporting to the autorities, false rape acusations, sometimes even corruption in the jury. And don't forget that if a man trys to report he was rape they might even not take the case at all. So no, it's far more complicated tan just "women are blamed for being raped while the men run free to do it"
Kat Mckoy I liked the song. But a song is not the absolute truth for something, nor can be the argument for anything. And calling me a piece of shit doesn't make my argument wrong
Kat Mckoy it has nothing to do with men and women, a victim is a victim, regardless of sex. The song is meant to portray the struggles of a 1950's woman named Christine. It doesn't highlight
"Men are rapists and are let free to do it" it highlights the nightmares she's having as she's blaming herself for this happening there's a few articles that include interviews with JT (lead singer) where he outlines the story of the album "the incubus"
oh my lerd that last minute was badass haha
Will they be coming to Arizona on tour?
THIS SONG IS SOOOOO AMAZING. This band is by mar favorite, I wish i could go to one of their concerts one of these days. This band is also what inspired me and my friends to start our own band and pursue our passion for music!
my Fucking god I love this song so much if I close my eyes I can imagine this so beautifully clear
I love Famous Last Words so much! They aren't the kind of band that goes to a recording studio and says "Hey, let's make an album!" They bring twelve songs, and a story. The stories arent just thrown together either, they're well thought out, and entertaining. I always listen to one of their albums at least 5 times before trying to guess the story, and I'm almost always wrong. (I was wrong with Council Of The Dead and The Incubus, but Two-Faced Charade was kinda obvious) I hope they gain more popularity, and make even more great stories and albums!
I cannot believe how amazing this song is! I love you guys and I wish I could come to a concert!
