Its definitely a stretch but I have heard this song referred to as Christmas music in a few instances. I think it is because in the movie it is winter time when they sing this and they mention a few winter things. Kind of like when Harry Potter is included in the 25 days of Christmas on abc family...alright they show all the seasons lol.

this song is actually a very old christmas song but not a very popular one. i guess FF5 saw it as a good way to bring it back. defiantly one of my favorites now!

Yes, many of ff5s songs use autotune to add an electro feel to their music.
